The deadline for full manuscripts
submission is December 15th. The full paper length should be
between 6 to 10 pages maximum and it should be formatted
according to author's instruction:

Portable Document Format
The CD-ROM of the Conference will
have the full manuscripts in Portable Document Format (.pdf).
Please send your paper in this format. In case you can not
convert your manuscript to .pdf format send it as a Word
file. Note that the file you send MUST BE compressed using
WinZip for Windows.
Name the file as: SC-Code.extension
(.pdf or .doc)
You can find the paper code of
your contribution in the list of "Accepted
Abstracts"
Please include the names of your
files in the subject of your e-mail.
